eviction? what's next?

I filed pro se in December to stop my home from foreclosing. I have NO income and am waiting the results of a Social Security hearing. Yesterday, the Judge dismissed my Chapter 13 case without prejudice because I have no income. Do they have to notify me again before they evict me? What happens next? Thnaks soooo much for any help.
