Ex-Husband files Chapter 7 - I am involved.

What is the name of your state? FL

My ex-husband has filed Chpt 7 bankruptcy and he is still on my car title (it's still financed -- it was given to me in our divorce and I have been paying the payments for 3 years).

He has listed the finance company as a creditor (as required - I understand) but now how do I go about getting this louse off my title/loan and keep my car, keep the loan going in good standing as it is and basically, not let this jerks bankruptcy mess up my car, credit and future? I have contacted the finance company and they say I can continue paying payments as I always have but they can no longer send me my monthly statements. That's fine - but what happens after his 341 meeting and things are finalized??? I want to keep my car and continue as before. Is this possible???? Advice???
