Ex-spouse filing BK

What is the name of your state? Florida

My Ex-husband is considering filing for BK personal and corporate. The only thing that we still own together is the buildings that the corporation has been working out of. If he files how does that effect me and the share of the buidings that I got in the divorce? There should be about $150K in equity that would go to me if they were sold. If he files do I have too? Or can he exempt them from BK so we can continue to rent them out for income for both of us?
