Factory bankrupt/No pay day for employees

the factory where I work filed bankrupsy about a yr ago,there has been problems with payroll cks(bouncing, etc),and friday when we left work we recieved NO pay ck at all, and were told we would be notified when/if to come back to work.how does there bankrupsy effect us getting paid in the future,will we get paid?and if we do not go back to work(if they close) will we get paid for 60days due to the "Workers Adjustment and Retraining Notification Act of 1988"(WARN)?
