Family member bankruptcy

My sister lives in Ohio, but owns a business and property in PA. She is planning to file bankruptcy for her business, but this has affected her personal life. She wants to exclude her home and auto.
Our parents have passed away, but the estate is not all settled. In 2004, my parents home was put into the childrens' names.
Will creditors be able to put a lien on that home or force us to sell that home as it will appear as one of her assets?

All creditors must be listed.
She really needs to see a lawyer with these issues. When personal and business debt are involved plus, an unsettled estate you have a situation beyond the scope of an internet message board. This is not a routine bk.
