The FHA probably doesn't know about your Ch 13 yet. Generally you're required to be one year into your plan, no missed payments and Trustee approval before FHA will work with you.

"Chapter 13 bankruptcy requires the borrower to have been paying on the bankruptcy for at least one year, performance must have been satisfactory and the borrower must also receive court approval to enter into the mortgage transaction."

All manually taken loan applications or LOS such as Point or Genisis has a question about bankruptcy. If you do not answer it truthfully and the loan is approved, then audited, you will have committed loan fraud. I don't think you will want to deal with those consequenses.

What is it you are trying to tell me from your response?

All I wanted to know was How do I go about getting trustees approval and court approval for this refinaince? Since I met the guidelines stated in Elmo's response to my first post.

My plan has been confirmed, I've been paying on the bankruptcy for at least one year, It's been more than one year into your plan, no missed payments.

Those are the guide lines that I've met,
Is it possible for me to get the fha streamline (gov approved loan program)
refiniance done now that I've met those guidelines?
