We filed cp.13 about 2 years ago, we will have it paied off in less than 6 months. We want to purchase a house.We both have very good jobs now and are able to afford a home. My question is how long befor we will be able to get a home. I recive credit card offers all the time, I don't send them in learned that lesson, but how can I get those with the Bk? We had a lawer but he kept charging for stuff after we paid him and the courts paid him. So I dont like calling him and asking him things...We filed in Ky...May of 1998
