Filed Chapter 13 to save our home then a few months later the court lifted the stay.

Our bankruptcy was made final a few months ago. In the begginning our lawyer assumed we knew that after we filed the bank would now accept our payments and that we should resume making payments. So we didn't find that out until the meeting with the trustee but by that time we were another month behind. We agreed to make additional payments outside of the plan for that. We had fallen behind but we resently sent a check to catch that up but the bank didn't cash. The other day we receive the intent to foreclose notice and our lawyer isn't returning our calls. At this point is there anything that can be done?
