Filing addressIn Texas, what is the risk/liability to my former bookkeeper if I use her home address for filing purposes? I do not want to use my current address in order to avoid any local embarassment. |

| Actually, you can use another address, people use PO Boxes frequently to avoid any connection with them being published in the papers. You would, however, have to explain why you filed with an address other than your residence.
