Filing Ch. 7 and I Spent Tax Return

What is the name of your state? Florida I am filing Ch. 7 and have already received my tax return and spent it on bills. Mortgage, car payment, house insurance, power, etc. So, I paid all secured creditors and kept receipts for groceries and childcare expenses. I have kept bank copies of where all the money went and who it was paid to so the court could see I was using it to live on. My att. said not to worry about it but I was just wondering if anyone had any input or personnal experience on spending tax return money. I am on medical leave from my job (doctor verified) and have no income to pay these bills. Another question, (me and my husband are fighting over this one), can the State of Florida garnish your wages if you are head of household? He says no, I say yes. Just wondering if anyone knew..
