Filing Ch.7 with no Income tax???

I'm getting ready to file Ch.7 using ZiiNet. When I read some of the questions in this forum, I realized that I would need to show them my tax return for the last 2 years. What if my income is not even high enough to file? I didn't work 2 years ago (my parents supported me by sending money from my home country in Asia). And last year, I only worked part time as a server with less than $15,000 income that year. The last time I filed taxes was 1999, while I had a full time job. Am I in trouble? Would the Trustee think that I committed a fraud since I ran up my CC to live?

Probably not.. happens every day. The thing is, you're going to HAVE to stop using the cards for 90 days before you file. If you've taken out any cash advances in the last 12 months, you'd better to be ready to explain just what you used that money for.
