You can call or go to the BK court and get copies of the entire filing - including the Matrix. You may be able to get a copy of JUST the matrix. Call and find out.

anabanana, I need your help again?

Hi,

I am now being asked for some schedual that lists the creditors and the amount I owed them at the time I filed for chapter7.
So once again I find myself asking for some guidance as to the easiest way to find this information.

anabanana was able to find things the first time and email them to me which was great. I have a house riding on this paperwork that I am in the middle of buying and will check back every chance I get so I can keep the ball rolling.

Thanks again
kevin

Once again, that information should be in your BK papers, I think its Schedule J.

You really do need to get yourself a complete copy of your case.

Hi ladyinred,

I have tomorrow off so I am going to the BC and get a full copy from them if I can just so I don't run into this problem again.

Thanks for the advice.
