Foreclosure in Wash., DC

After battling with my mortgage company for quite some time, trying to work out a payment schedule with this company, using a bankruptcy attorney to help, to no avail, I received a foreclosure notice stating my house will be put up for sale on 2/1. Is it too late to put my house on the market and if not, how much time do I have to get a ratified contract? Please answer ASAP as time is running out. Thank you.
