"frozen" checking account

What is the name of your state?WI
We have opened new checking account in case old one is "froze". What if the old account is "froze" and checks are still coming into it? How do we handle this? thanks

Then those checks will bounce. If you know you have checks out on that account, get in touch with them and arrange to pay them with money orders instead.
