Got Ch 7 Discharge papers when will bank starts forclosesure proceedings on our house

What is the name of your state? We live in Michigan.

We just got the discharge papers for our Ch.7 on 8/10/2005. We included our house/property in the CH.7. We tried to refinance it for 8 months, then tried to sell it for 8 months, but couldn't do either!
We had a first & second Mortgage on the house, and both were included in the CH.7. My question is how long will we have before we have to be out of here, and can we still try to sell the house/property until then? If we do sell the house/property do we still have to pay off the second Mortgage, or just the first Mortgage? What if anything can we LEGALLY take out of here when we go?

Thanks!
Kathy
