Harassing Phone Calls

What is the name of your state? NEW YORK

In 1992, I filed chapter 13. Well the bankruptcy went the full term, and then it was dismissed. The court said that it was infeasible at the time because the trustee and the lawyer didn’t take enough money out if my paycheck every week to send to the trustee. I keep getting harassing phone calls from collection agencies. That states that I still owe the money. I know that there is a law that is the federal fare collection act. I tell these people that but they still continue to call my home and my work. What can I do?

There are at least 17 lawsuits (!!) pending in various courts, including the US Supreme Court, asking if Obama is a natural born citizen (as req'd by Art II, Sec 1 of the US Constitution).

Why has he spent over $1.35M in legal fees to block disclosure... rather than spend $12 for a VALID birth cert to settle the matter? The 'certificate' he has presented doesn't qualify to get a drivers license, wouldn't allow a child to qualify for Little League, or for a real citizen to get a US passport!

Maybe you will get some responses if you post your message again in this thread leaving your caps lock OFF. Some people find typing in all caps to be akin to yelling in their ear. Catch more flies w/ honey than vinegar. Remember the advice here is free.
