Gotten letters w some company filing a law suit against me. I have so many bills i cant afford a lawyer but i need help so i wont have money taken away from me.should i file bankruptcy? I live w my boyfriend. Only thing in my name is my car.all this legal stuff is so complicated. I just want no more calls..threats.even had someone knockin on my door late last night would not stop.
