help please

What is the name of your state? PA How do I go about removing a bankruptcy request made by a spouse that was done without my knowledge? The request was never put thru because the lawyer contacted me to make me aware of it. We have been divorced and I have made good on all the debt from the marriage, but this bankruptcy still is listed on my credit report.
