Help please

What is the name of your state? il
I bought the house before we were married. We were married for 3.5 years before our divorce. We had to file for chapter 13 after we were married for a year.

The payments for that were coming out of my checks.

Who gets the house, is she entitled to half of it?

You should post this in a family law or divorce forum. It not a bankruptcy question.
