Help! They won't come get this truck!

What is the name of your state? Michigan

Ok, I filed chapter 7, went to the meeting of creditors, and that was about 2 months ago. My lawyer is never in his office, a little creepy, and never seems to give me a straight answer. I asked him when they were going to take this truck back.

You see, I have nothing... I told them I want everything gone... all the debts...and most assuredly this stupid truck I bought without knowing what I was getting into!

Well, they tried and tried to repo it but couldn't get their hands on it (my lawyer told me not to give it to them until after we had officially filed and gone to the creditor meeting). Well, I called them after that meeting and told them to come get that stupid truck. Here it is two months later and I can't get them to come get that truck. I don't have plates or insurance on it and it is sitting in the parking lot.

Why the urgency? Personal problems of course... I have a boyfriend who is insisting on driving it and I need them to come get this thing before he drives it and wrecks it or something!!

Advice please!! Hurry!!

First of all, drop the hammer on that boyfriend of yours and tell him to keep his arse the hell out of the vehicle. Who's the boss?
