Help understanding credit report comments

What is the name of your state? What is the name of your state? OR

I just pulled my credit report and I have a couple questions, if anybody knows.

1. All my accounts say "Pays as Agreed"...the open ones, the closed ones with zero balances, and the closed ones with balances. Are the closed ones with zero balances suppose to list something else???

2. I have 5 credit cards with a debt management service. They were all closed by myself, NOT the creditor, but some of them have weird notes in the comment sections.
For example: "Account closed by consumer" - that seems correct.
"Account closed by credit grantor" - isn't that the credit card company??? So isn't that would be incorrect???
One I don't understand - "Account closed at consumers request, charge"
And the weirdest one - "Account closed at consumers request, account closed by credit grantor: - Aren't those 2 statements OPPOSITE eachother????

Are these things I should dispute, since they're just in the comments section?

What else would you have them show ?? They are noted as closed with zero due, what else could possibly be there ??

And how did you go about closing this account ?? Did you do it over the phone or did you do it in writing ?? If you didn't do it in writing, consider it 'lost', they will report it as being closed by credit grantor - the creditor - and NOT you and have fun arguing that point. I tried.. doesn't work unless you have hard proof that YOU asked to have it closed.

If this along with the account status, it means that you asked that it be closed and it was a charge account.

Yes, this one's goofy and you should dispute it - IF you have proof YOU closed it. I'd be willing to bet they tacked on the 2nd note when they were notified of your debt management plan - and they close accounts on people in DMPs.
