Help!!! When can I file???

What is the name of your state? Ohio
I filed a Chapter 13 in Aug of 1997. It was discharged in Sept. of 2000. Because of a divorce I need to file a chapter 7 now. Has enough time passed between filing for my chapter 13 and now?
This involves a foreclosure on my home. I welcome all advice~!~!

You can file a chapter 7 one year after a 13 has been discharged.
