Here's one for the record!!

What is the name of your state? NC

On our way to file bankruptcy yesterday, we were in a pretty severe rear end collision!

Stopped at a traffic light waiting for a train to pass and out of nowhere ... boom!

Needless to say, we didn't get to file. We were at the hospital instead. (Is this an omen of some sort?)

So, the moral of the story is ... If you are in the process of filing bankruptcy, I know it seems rough for now, but count your blessings because it could be worse!

Feeling VERY sore today.

By the way, the police report indicates that she has the same insurance company that we do! Don't know how that one will work.

So, keep your chin up guys, be thankful and look for a sunny day!

Sorry to hear about the accident, hopefully everyone is ok. As far as both of you having the same insurance companies, I went through the same thing and can't say that it was a help or a hindrance. Insurance companies are looking at whose at fault and bottom line $$.

Thank you, totallybroke.

Yes, we are OK for the most part. No broken bones, just lots & lots of muscle pain & strain.

I'm so glad to know that it has no bearing that we each have the same ins. co.

Today is a much better day! We drug ourselves out to a different attorney's office today (we had felt sort of put off by the original attorney anyway) and everything seemed to go well! He can actually have everything typed up & ready to file as early as Friday as long as we have the funds for their fees.

So, even though it's raining here today, it's a much sunnier day!

Don't expect the aches and pains from the muscles to go away anytime soon, but hopefully you can get this thing filed this week and that will be one less headache to deal with.

Good Luck, and hang in there!
