i've been out of work since aug. due to health problems,i'm getting 190.00 a week which is not enough to pay bills,morgtage and buy food i am considering claiming bankruptcy under Chapter7,i see that Thursday,March 1st athe house is on the bipartisan bill how will that affect me claiming bankruptcy.If passed when will it go into affect...I neeed help..Thanks

Most federal laws go into affect 90 days after they are signed into law. I would not wait much longer if you wish to file a chapter 7.
