How to avoid foreclosure after termination of stay

Utah

Is there a way to avoid foreclosure after the termination of stay? I just got the letter in the mail today. Help, what can I do?

Once they get the automatic stay lifted, there is nothing you can do unless you can come up with the full amount due.
