How does BK affect your taxes?

What is the name of your state? Arkansas

I had to file for bankruptcy in July 2002 after my divorce on credit card debt only. I reaffirmed my house and my vehicle. The BK is now in the process of being discharged - finally. I will be filing taxes soon and was wondering how this is going to affect my tax return. Do I need to tell the tax preparer at all about my bankruptcy? Do I get to use the attorney fees as a deduction? Just wondering and ready to get this behind me. Thanks.
