How to Get Questions Answered Here

What is the name of your state? Arizona. I was just trying to learn if there are some questions which will not be answered, and what kind they might be. If there is a certain scenario I am not aware of, someone, please tell me. Thank you.

I've seen your prior posts dealing with leins and HOA's.
This site is a great resource for routine bk's. When you start dealing with leins post bk, your situation is not so routine and people just don't feel comfortable responding.
You really need to see a lawyer.
