How Long is a Chapter 7 Bankrptcy on your Record?

What is the name of your state? Ohio

My wife and I have filed Chapter 7 Bankruptcy on the advise of our Divorce Attorneys, now my wife is asking for Spousal Support for as long as it is on our record. Just how long is that?

I filed Chapter 7 in 1995, everyone told me it would remain on my credit report for 10 years and it did.
