Question

How long do you wait for settlement won in hearing?

What is the name of your state? va

As some may know, I filed in March, discharged in July and also had my hearing (motion for contempt) that same month. I won my case and the judge awarded me double of what was taken (ehhh, I hit myself for not asking more - ha ha ha). Anyhow, how long does the creditor have to process the damages they owe me, 30, 45, 60 days?

No, I did not see a time limit. Going to take a look at the documents @ Pacer to double check.

I'm guessing I either have to file a writ of execution or the garnishment forms? Well I dunno because in the judges order he reviews the entire case and states his opinion and then specifies that the opinion and order will be sent to myself, Credit X, Collection Agency X, and the trustee.

Is there any document I can file to the court specifying I have not received any money or contact from Collection Agency X?

just turn the tables on them, start writing them collection letters, calling at all hours about trying to collect your debt, and put the judgement on their credit report.

us their own tactic against them.

heheheh
