| i filed bankruptcy in missouri sept 1991 we have been given credit since and paid off well, but now and then we are refused due to bankruptcy is ther a way to get this off our credit report after this long? |

| It never goes away. After 10 years, it is suppressed. Credit bureus can then report it to lenders and employers if you are trying to get a loan of over 150k or are being considered for a job with a salary of 150k. So, this coming Sept. it should not be seen for routine inquiries. |
