What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? IN-Indiana---Can somebody explain the meaning of the following:
ORDER DENYING MOTION TO AVOID JUDICIAL LIEN WITHOUT PREJUDICE.
FED.R.Bankr.P.7004(b)(3), regarding proper service on a corporation, and Fed. R.Bankr.P 7004(h), regarding proper service on most banking institutions, must be observed for all contested matters and adversary proceedings.
Due to failure to comply with the above rule(s), the motion as to the creditors is DENIED without prejudice. As such, a property noticed and served motion may be filed. Can someone explain to me as simple as possible please...Thanks

Looks like you are trying to strip a lein in bk and screwed up the process and service to the judgment creditor.
Without prejudice means, the judge is giving you another chance to comply with the Rules of Civil Procedure.
Have you discussed this with an attorney.
