Idaho BK in 2002-Collection haunting us again! HELP~

Ex-husb and I did the BK thing in 2002.
We have continously fought collection agencies purchasing our old void collections that are on the BK. How do we get this to stop? The collection agencies deny selling or purchasing accounts.
We are in the middle of building a house and a collection agency has done it again. Is there any hope? We may not get the house now that they have done this....

I assume by unpaid they are submitting them with a balance? Talk with your bk lawyer about reopening your bk and suing them for violations of the permanent injunction. There are number of FTC opinion letters that state credit reporting is a collection activity and here is a recent bk case where credit reporting is specifically mentioned as a violation.

BTW, have you disputed this in writing with the CRA's?
