Exclamation

if filing a BK beware of scammers

What is the name of your state? California -

just had a near miss and almost lost $2000.00 this does not inlcude the Cash I handed over -

if you are filing a BK in any chapter - make sure that the person representing you is an Attorney - do not assume - ask them - they might be a Paralegeal or just an Advisory for..

if you are thinking about filing and have no Attorney - get over the pride and ego and ask your friends, family or some one with authority - they might be able to send you off in the right direction or even been throught it them selves.

I am sure I will have back lash from this place since I stopped payment on the check I wrote and will be adding them to the petition to file with a LEGIT ATTORNEY.
