If my husband files for chapter 7 this month will we lose our earned income credit and our state tax returns.??
We need help badly. Please help!!!! (OREGON)

Are you going thru a lawyer? I highly recommend you consult one.

My own non legal opinion is no, but the trustee of the BK will need to be informed on any substantial amount of money coming in.
