Income tax refund and chapter 7

What is the name of your state? Florida
I would like to know if I switched my chapter 13 to a 7 this year (07). With the old laws because my case was 1st done in 2004, is the trustee allowed my 2006 year income tax refund. That I will be filing soon>

Just depends on how trustees in your district handle tax refunds. Ask your attorney.
