Income tax refund as income on official form 22a, line 10?

What is the name of your state? AZ

I am getting different answers, but no official reference to fact or law.

A tax refund is not income for purposes of the means test. Refer to line 3 of 22A. It asks for gross income. Line 10 asks for any other income.

I'm trying avoid the meanst test-

If the tax refund is not counted as income in the last 6 month lookback period, I won't have to be concerned about the means test. If a tax refund IS considered income on line 10, it may put me over median.
