inheritance and chapter 13

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? I am in OHIO. I filed for chapter 13 in December of 2007 and have been paying on it regularly. I recently found out that I am going to be getting 34,000$ from an inheritance. It is not through probate court but from a trust that my Grandfather had set up 15 years ago. Will the chapter 13 take my inheritance if I deposit it in my Checking account and am I obligated to tell them about it?

Yes, you must tell them.
