involuntary bankruptcy

What is the name of your state? sc

I have a couple judgments against me and some unpaid credit card debt. If I do nothing, can creditors force me into bankruptcy? Do the new laws cover this. I cant seem to find any information.

Involuntary bk is extremely rare .
It'll happen with huge dollar amounts and creditors have identified some large assets. Very unusual for a consumer to have an involuntary petition filed against them.

Under the new law, forcing an individual into an involuntary bankruptcy will just about impossible because of all the new requirements BEFORE you're even allowed to file the first piece of paper.

Unfortunately, I am in bankruptcy only involuntarily. My case has been held up for criminal matters to resolve in state court. Now, my 341 hearing is coming up. Can I opt for new changes and ask for dismissal?
