Question
I filed bankruptcy in 2/1996. I included past IRS amounts that I owed for 92, 93, 94. It has taken me a long time to get IRS to mark my account as a bankruptcy. However, they now say none of the years are dischargeable. They have been charging me interest since 6/96 on those years. Is this accurate?
