Question

joint tenant and chapter 13

What is the name of your state?florida
As in my original question, the deed is joint tenant in common with rights of survivorship. If the joint tenant is not a blood relative/spouse, how is it possible for the trustee to order the entire property sold? And at what point would I find this out? I really don't want to proceed if this could happen.
