My lawyer call me yesterday that she had talked to American Honda Finance and told them the Reaffirmation Agreement was denied. My lawyer told me that American Honda has no problem with that as long as I keep paying the bill on time.
And in the meantime she is filing a pettion to withdraw the Reaffiramation Agreement with the Trustee. My question is can my lawyer do that after it was denied? If this pettion accepts by the Trustee will the reaffiramation hearing be cancelled?
