judgement..under poverty

I have a judgement on me which I claimed to be under poverty and they went and took a garnishment out of my check every 2 weeks for more than half my check, I barely make ends meet now. Do they have to review this judgement every 6 months and what can I do about this? They also put another jugement on me and took this out of my bosses checking account, is this legal?
