Judgements

What is the name of your state? tennessee i have a judgement against me from 1995,there out of business now,it is on my credit report via the collection under open account .how long will this be on my credit report,the court that issued the judgement says its out of there hands.how long can collection agency keep reporting this?and what is an open account?

Bad debts stay on your credit report for seven years.
