judgementsWhat is the name of your state?sc if someone has a few judgements against them, THEN they file for bankruptcy, do the judgements have to be paid or can it be wiped out by the bankruptcy. Even though the jugdement happened BEFORE the bankruptcy? ![]() |

| The debt that CAUSED the judgment gets included in your bankruptcy. Once the debt is discharged, then the judgments can be vacated (wiped out) by filing the appropriate paperwork with the court they were rendered in.
