judgmentWhat is the name of your state? Oklahoma I just received a notice in the mail that one of my creditors filed a judgment on my account? What exactly does that mean, and what do I do now? I am in the process of filing for bankruptcy, but it hasn't been filed yet. Is there any way to hold off the judgment while the bankruptcy papers are being filed? |

| Do you mean someone has sued you? If so, hustle with that bk filing. Once you file, any legal action is stopped in its tracks. |
