judgment

What is the name of your state? Oklahoma
I just received a notice in the mail that one of my creditors filed a judgment on my account? What exactly does that mean, and what do I do now? I am in the process of filing for bankruptcy, but it hasn't been filed yet. Is there any way to hold off the judgment while the bankruptcy papers are being filed?

Do you mean someone has sued you?
If so, hustle with that bk filing. Once you file, any legal action is stopped in its tracks.
