judgment as a lien

What is the name of your state?Michigan
I have a small claims judgement on someone that just filed bancruptcy-Chapter 13. Is that considered a secured claim in this state? I have to file a creditor form and I am clueless......collecting for the sale of a car is bigger than I ever thought!!!!!

she only owes me about $650 more and now I don't know if this means I can't get it of what
