Judgment Proof

What is the name of your state? Louisiana
How does a small business (sole proprietorship) protect its assets (business bank account)from a civil judgment? Is there such a thing as being judgment proof? Would I have to change the business name and business account name? Are there any procedures for operating a business under owners name and having a business account under a different name? or is this illegal?
Any information would be greatly appreciated>
