What is the name of your state? Florida
I did a search of disability posts on this board. What I can see is that disability income is exempt??
When I did see the attorney last week he said nothing about the Social Security disability income and disability pension I receive from being injured at work. Both permanent.
I have another appt. with an attorney this week and would like to know how the law reads on disability income and Ch 7 & 13. As I stated on the last post the attorney said I would have to pay abouy $800 out of my disability income because it was disposible.
