Ladynred or biggun

What is the name of your state? KY

What are some good resources to help me rebuild my credit post bk?

Also, I forgot to list my student loan when I filed chapter 7..I already had my 341 meeting and everything went well. Since I will continue to pay my student loan, do I need to tell my attorney?

One more question: My attorney listed that I was going to surrender my vehicle because the loan company waited until 2/06 to place the lien on a loan that was over six months old....but the trustee said the state had no interest in the vehicle. My attorney said I can either give it up or continue to make payments. I have made the payments so far, but I am having more problems with the car. So, since I didn't sign a reaffirmation, can I still give it up without them coming after the rest of the money that I owe them?

Thanks. You two have been so helpful.

I'd mention the loans to your lawyer just in case he feels a need to amend your petition.
If you signed no reaffirmation agreement, you have no liability for any deficiency balance.
