| Any person can sue any other person at any time. Whether or not it will get that person anywhere is based entirely upon the outcome of the prceedings. Meaning most often than not any person filing Bankruptcy in PA is enough to stop Sherriff sales, Levy's, Liens and Lawsuits in general also collections. To my knowledge this is all true, the only thing it wont stop is a criminal proceeding. |
